Returns Policy:
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If it has been more than 14 days since the delivery of your package, we won't be able to offer you an exchange or refund unfortunately. Our returns policy was updated on 29/07/2024. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. So, please keep referring to this policy before placing your order.
At Shaba, we work very hard to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand there might be occasions when you may need to return an item. Here's our returns policy for your perusal. The terms are only applicable to the items purchased on our website (https://shabacosmetics.com).
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place your order and it ends 14 days from the day you receive your package.
- If you wish to cancel a purchase for reasons other than defect or malfunction, the return postage costs will be borne by you. We will deduct this amount from your purchase refund.
- We only accept return of items that are unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition with all the packaging, tamper-resistant seals, and any cellophane intact. Also, we accept returns if they are made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Please connect with our customer service team at info@shabacosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Our team will walk you through the process and give you step-by-step instructions on how to return the item(s).
- All items must be returned in their original packaging. They must have all the tags attached and should be in the same condition as when you received them.
- Please keep your order number handy, as we will require this number to complete the return. You will find your order number in the order confirmation email.
