L’Oréal Professionnel’s first lightening range activated by oil for up to 9 levels of lift. • Provides an accelerated lift in the early stages of lightening • Suitable for off-scalp application only • Our update formula is more permissible with the use of other L’Oreal Professionnel foils. Therefore the new Blond Studio 9 Levels can be used exclusively with L’Oréal Professionnel foil (Soft Alloy 8079, 20μm or Soft Alloy 1200 18μm) or Easi-Meche. • For optimal results, use with Blond Studio Oil Developers and always tone Blond Studio services with DIA by L'Oréal Professionnel
HOW TO
Can be used in a foil technique (ratio 1,1:5 of powder to developer), open air (1:1 ratio of powder to developer).
